In 3 years time my mortgage is to be renewed by my lender. I wonder whether the lender will do that in the situtation when I am going to file for a personal bankruptcy this year. I have a very good record with my lender as I have never been behind in my mortgage payments and, all my bills /at other bank accounts/ were always paid on time.
